About the Role
We're hiring a Head of Growth who will play a key role in leading GTM across PE firms, consulting firms, and banks.
This person will own the entire customer sales cycle - from conducting sales calls with CTOs and meeting with customers to driving product decisions, performing QA, reviewing legal documents, and handling operations work.
We will sponsor any visa that allows you to work in the US in-person in NYC. We have sponsored O-1 visas, green cards, H1-Bs, and are open to others as well.
Who we are looking for
- 3-6 years of experience in banking / PE / consulting
- A self-starter who thrives in open-ended environments
- Someone who can communicate effectively with everyone from CTOs to analysts
- Ability to influence strategic decisions while handling day-to-day operations
- Genuine interest in how AI is transforming finance
- Strong existing network in finance / consulting
- High attention to detail / thoughtfulness across open-ended problems
- Previous startup experience (early stage / founder) is a plus
What you'll do:
Sales & Relationships
- Sell to senior leaders at PE funds/banks and drive adoption
- Build pipeline with junior investment professionals across funds
- Leverage existing relationships to generate new opportunities
- Help expand TAM beyond PE/IB
Product & Engineering
- QA product and work with engineering to fix bugs
- Shape product roadmap through forward deployed situations
- Identify and address workflow mismatches and training gaps
Operations
- Create customer presentations and sales materials
- Review contracts and legal documents
